If you’ve never experienced a sound bath, now is the time! We carefully curated a playlist that’s going to make our Breathwork session that much more satisfying. Sink into the soothing sounds of crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes, while flowing with guided meditation. This intimate meditative concert will invite you into deep relaxation through scent and sound, quieting the mind and relaxing the body. The sound healing session will end with an opportunity to share about your experience then grab a snack, mingle, & shop.
